Delivery conditions (January 2004)

1. Prices

Billing is based on prices in EUR ( € ) as given in the online shop. Prices are subject to change. In the event of a price increase you are not bound to your order. All prices for delivery into EU countries include the value added tax applicable in Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, the price is the same but does not include value added tax. The difference is used to reduce the shipping costs (see below).

2. Deliveries

All articles in stock are generally dispatched within two days.

3. Shipping charges

For deliveries outside Germany, a flat rate for shipping costs (air mail, registered) of 9,50 € applies.

4. Payment

Outside Germany only Bank transfers without fee on my side (comdirect bank, IBAN: DE88 2004 1111 0776 7668 00, BIC: COBADEHD) or PayPal transfers (www.paypal.com) are accepted. As a PayPal member (free membership), you can pay with your credit card in Euro.

5. Returns policy

Any unopened CD can be returned at your cost and will be credited on your next order. This does not apply to opened or damaged CDs.

6. Defects

Defective CDs (manufacturing defects) will be replaced or refunded. Please, contact me before sending back any goods. Historical recordings often bear some surface noise which does not justify returns.
